Budget

Free quote submission. Solution Investment or own home Budget and Project suited to the objective of monetizing the property or budget. Detailed budget for labor, materials and execution time of the work.

Meeting

Schedule a meeting for the presentation of services, debate, changes and clarification of doubts to rectify the proposal, if applicable. No limit on revisions to the budget until reaching the objectives of each client.

Adjudication

With the award of the work, a rigorous survey of the property is carried out, for the production of the plant in digital format (CAD) and all the detailed drawings. All surveys and surveys will be carried out in order to avoid surprises during the work.

Project

Definition of layouts, detailed drawings, furniture design, 3D modeling and selection of equipment, coatings and materials to be used in the project, according to the defined budget and where the investment solution or the concept for the design is presented. Placemaker's projects are always developed according to the client's aesthetic goals. At this stage, meetings are held with the client for the final choice of finishes. After-work schedules are available with no limit on the number of meetings.

Start of the work

Provision of work schedule to the client. Delivery of access to the client's area online to monitor the work.

Work Monitoring

Coordination and permanent technical supervision by our technical team. A monthly measurement map is prepared monthly, allowing the customer to monitor and validate the work carried out in that month.

Work Completion

Final inspection of the work. Delivery of the respective work dossier, with the legal guarantees.

Warranty

Post construction support during the legal warranty period, i.e. 2 years for equipment and 5 years for works.

Implementation of furniture, decoration, lighting, staging.
