A traditional Portuguese villa from the early 20th century, "lost" in a residential and commercial set in full Penha de França. A romantic house that claims to respect the traditional characteristics but grants today and contemporary uses.

The core of this rehabilitation has gone through a careful restoration of original elements, such as doors, shutters and footers, recovered with traditional techniques and the laminate wooden race, here renewed with the application of a high gloss varnish that highlights the natural light.

The windows in a state of deep degradation were replaced by aluminum windows but with full respect by either metric or by the original colors. The coverage of tile, the eaves à portuguesa and the façade, were also fully rehabilitated.

Some small divisions interiors were abolished, allowing you to create a large living room, which communicates with the kitchen through a tour. The access stairs to the attic were relocated to a location that has benefited the organization of useful area of the attic. With a view to better use of space, the attic was duly thermally insulated and requalificado to be used with more regularity.

The contemporary design of stairs in contrast with the color of the wall background on anthracite prove how the traditional may coexist in full with details extroverts and customized.

In sanitary, highlight for the coating of the shower in natural stone flooring and epoxy self-leveling in white color, a touch of timeless class.
