A large apartment of recent construction has been profoundly changed regarding its layout, thanks to the fact that all the walls are merely partitions, which allowed the demolition of a large part of the same. So the rooms were changed, in order to equip all spaces with storage cabinets. They were also applied sliding doors on the inside walls, ensuring a more fluid movement with separation between the social area of the bathroom.
Large wardrobes with sliding doors were installed in oak wood, in keeping with the tone of the floating wood floor applied in private area. In common spaces the pavement in natural stone was recovered through polishing and glazing.
It was installed a recuperator of heat in the area of ancient fireplace and replaced all windows by systems of aluminum with collapse of thermal bridge.
Sanitary facilities renovated with ceramic coatings in tones and wooden furniture in wenge with Corian tops. In the kitchen, whose layout was also amended with a view to a more functional use the chromatic choice fell on ash and white tones.
