A small apartment with miniature divisions, in pure state of degradation, was rehabilitated and adapted so as to generate a friendly T2 + 1, benefiting from the existence of a former annex in the backyard, now converted into guest room.

The RequalifIcation of the backyard and annex have been the target of a licensing process camarário, favorable to the intervention which has made it possible to create an extra bedroom fully independent. Inside, the small divisions, were aggregated, leading to a bedroom and a living room drawing already reasonable. The former canopy was also requalificada and attached to the room, eliminating the internal shutters and standardizing the pavement with laminate board race.

Before a structure of wooden joists and weak bulkhead, dating from the 19th century, all the demolitions were made using the structural reinforcements running on steel gantries, duly supported at the level of the foundations.

The technical facilities (water, sewage, electricity, gas and air conditioning) has been fully renewed and applied false ceilings in the entire surface to hide the structural reinforcements and standardise the lighting by DOWNLIGHTS. All the walls were stuccoed and painted in ivory tone.

The small kitchen was added a zone of furniture in island, which adds support for preparation bench but also extra storage. The living area is to occupy the former canopy that was properly insulated and where large windows were installed to equip the space with natural light.

For the coatings and equipment, the choice fell on materials of domestic origin with Good relation quality-price, as the granite kitchen countertops and national sanitary ceramics and also of national production.

The doors of origins were recovered in work and the wardrobes designed to measure following the original the flue space.
