In pro bono scheme to the SEA (Agency for Social Entrepreneurs - http://www.seagency.org), developed a project of interior design for the transformation of the upper floor of the market of Agualva-Cacem for a new store of the Entrepreneur - which aims at the formation of long-term unemployed directed to entrepreneurship.
In this proposal, the ancient stalls selling fresh were adapted to improve working conditions, lighting and comfort and endows them with compartments for which could be used as independent jobs. Were defined areas of intervention, delimitation of spaces and movement and finally chosen equipment and furniture of low cost.
To develop the design had as its point of departure the fixed components already exist, namely the bunkers in natural stone columns and dividing walls lined the tile of various colors, so that the challenge was without doubt the standardisation and differentiation of spaces in relation to the rest of the market and endow this new area of common elements that uniformizassem and grant you identity, which was achieved with the black lacquered woodwork and change of lighting, which equips the spaces of comfort and functionality.
The furnishings were selected colorful elements and jovial with some of the colors already present on the site, which gives a feeling of sham and unity.
Were developed technical drawings, listings of shopping, map of quantities and preview images in 3D.
